Q: What's the difference between Shop and Wholesale?

Great question.

Shop features our exclusive, limited-run merchandise, designed and produced by Queens Customs for the culture. These are ready-to-ship items curated by our team and made for fans of the brand. [Shop = Our brand, our drops.]

Wholesale is where the magic happens for your brand. It’s our made-to-order side where you choose the products, customize the design, and we bring it to life. [Wholesale = Your brand, your way.]

Q: How do I place a Wholesale order?

Start by exploring our Wholesale page, where you’ll find thousands of customizable products. Once you find something you love, “Inquire Now” on the product page. Our team will reach out to discuss specs, pricing, turnaround, and customization.

Pro Tip: Have your logo files ready in vector format (AI, PDF, SVG, PNG) to expedite the process.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@queenscustomsnyc.com. While we can't guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

For Wholesale: Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted due to the custom nature of our work. Always review proofs thoroughly before approving.

Q: What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

MOQs vary by product and are listed on our Wholesale pages. Oftentimes, the larger the quantity, the better the price per unit. 

Q: How do I order from the "Shop"?

A: All items listed under the "Shop" are part of our limited-run collections. You can easily purchase these exclusive pieces directly through our website—just browse, add your favorites to your cart, and proceed to checkout as you normally would. 

Q: My item is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

A: Some of our items are limited edition and may not be restocked. If an item is out of stock, keep an eye on our website or socials for updates on restocks and new arrivals.

Q: How do I order "Customs"?

A: Under the "Customs" tab, you'll find a sample of our best-selling promotional items. We can bring your vision to life by putting your brand on just about anything. If you have something specific in mind, reach out to us through the "Contact Us" form, and we'll collaborate with you to create the perfect custom product tailored to your needs.

Q: How does sizing work?

A: Our merchandise is unisex and designed to look great on everyone. Sizing is based on men's measurements, so you can expect a true-to-fit experience.  

Q: How does shipping work?

A: We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. For "Shop" orders, you can expect delivery within three weeks. For "Custom" orders, shipping times will vary based on your specific order. We prioritize thoroughness and will work closely with you to ensure you receive your items when you need them. Rush shipping may also be available for an additional fee.
